Phase Two

Phase Two includes development of several additional residential buildings, some containing additional retail space, located mainly on the eastern portion of The Yards site, both north and south of Tingey Street. Also, the development of additional residential buildings located south of Tingey Street between 2nd and 4th Streets SE with opening dates expected between 2014 and 2016. The initial office component is also planned for this phase.
