Phase One includes the adaptive reuse of several of the site’s historic former industrial buildings as revitalized residential and retail projects, as well as the start of development on the riverfront park. In addition, completion of an all-new construction office building is part of Phase One development plans. Development of additional residential buildings located south of Tingey Street between 2nd and 4th Streets SE with opening dates expected between 2012 and 2014.
